How to add WP-OK to your Siteground account

Siteground recently introduced dual-factor authentication. This means that new logins need to be confirmed with a code sent via e-mail or SMS to the account owner.

While this is a great improvement in security, it makes our job a little more complex as we can't login to our customer accounts as fast as we would like!

To solve this while maintaining security, you can add [email protected] as user in your account.

Please follow these steps:

1. Login in your Siteground account
2. Visit https://my.siteground.com/utilities/users
3. Click ADD NEW USER
   
4. Click COLLABORATOR
5. Add our email [email protected]
6. Confirm
